Hi, I'm Andrew.
I've lived in Kansas City for fourteen years, and I'm raising my daughter here! Before real estate I made a career in tech, and I still bring that same eye to buying and selling: organized, detail oriented, and always looking for a way to make the whole thing smoother for the people I work with.

I understand homes from more than one side.
I've done construction work, owned and managed rental properties, and even built my own property management software. That range means I can look at a house and see how it's put together, what it might cost you down the road, and what it's worth today.
Years in software and startups taught me to stay organized, sweat the details, and keep a level head when things get complicated.
Construction and renovation work means I know what I'm looking at when we walk through a property together.
Raising my daughter here means I know what families look for: good schools, parks close by, and a neighborhood you can really settle into.
This city is home.
My family and I have called KC home for over a decade. We spend our time at the parks, wandering First Fridays in the Crossroads, and getting lost in the Nelson-Atkins. Fourteen years in, I still find new corners of the city to explore, and I bring that same curiosity to helping you find yours.
More than anything, I care about the people I work with. I'm honest, straightforward, and genuinely in your corner from the first conversation to the day you get your keys.

Thinking about a move in Kansas City?
Whether you're buying your first home, moving here from out of town, or getting ready to sell, I'd love to hear what you're looking for. No sales pitch, no pressure, just a chat.
